I made my first visit to Firestone’s Sable Landing to photograph Stacey & Scott’s most excellent wedding. Juan Mares, my favorite DJ, threw down with his usual flair. Perfect day.

Imagine meeting your life partner, in third grade. Childhood sweethearts Kayla & Austin tied the knot at First Lutheran Church in Longmont, with a fabulous backyard reception.  It was a beautiful day, planned and anticipated by both families for some time.
Yup, two cakes – Southern style. The groom’s cake had the number 24 on top – a number both Kayla & Austin wore on their basketball jersey.
Another sparkler exit … this one was very long. Luckily, no burn marks on me this time.
